I feel that some of the key elements for Longevity are: to eat small amounts of food consistently, while making sure to get the nutrients required by the human body and keeping up with releasing the detoxification and waste from the body. There are of course also many other important factors in longevity such as emotional health, clean air quality, deep breathing, etc.

When you practice eating small amounts of food CONSISTENLY, I feel that many of the other longevity factors tend to automatically fall into place. For many months on end, I practiced systematically under-eating (eating small amounts of food, consistently). I have never felt better in my life than when I did this. Having "hunger" pangs in the stomach nearly around the clock became almost like an addiction for me, because of how good I felt.

Automatically, my body started breathing deeper during this time and my lungs started expanding. It felt like my body was pushing harder to get food (prana/energy) from the air. My emotional health felt like the BEST it has ever been. My mind was sharp as a pin and I have never felt so intensely connected to the Universe. I automatically and continually went into meditation, as it felt so easy with this flowing spiritual bliss I was experiencing.

I feel that there is nothing compared to eating small amounts of food, for longevity... And... as I said, when you do this, it seems like many other key factors for longevity fall into place. With that in mind, I'd love to expl0re some of the many other ADDITIONAL things you can do to potentially aid longevity.

After talking with David Wolfe at the Raw Union Fest!val/Wedding event about his new 'Longevity Now' program, I felt COMPELLED to get my hands on it, because what he said about this subject TOTALLY resonated with me...

In my next newsletter, I am going to discuss one of my favorite topics in the Longevity Now Program; how to avoid aging pains such as arthr!tis and other bodily deterioration. Today I am going to talk about the NEW and MIRACULOUS 'Barefoot Technology' and the concept of being grounded to the Earth.

I noticed some remarkable benefits after sleeping on this 'Barefoot Technology' bed pad every single night. At first, I seemed to be going through extra detoxification. As I started sleeping in contact with the pad more and more, I began to realize that I was actually regenerating more throughout the night. I have done many lecture tours in the past and it gets pretty strenuous bringing heavy boxes filled with books and products in and out of venues every single night on end. Herbal Raw Ice Cream Superfood Elixirs

Herbal Raw Ice Cream Superfood Elixir
Mmmmmm, so I've become uber-excited about raw elixir ice creams after we were hanging out with Mr. Truth Calkins at the Tonic Bar in Erewhon recently...the ice cream I made myself yesterday was OFF-THE-HOOOOOOOK good :) It tasted like TOFFEE and I'm not really sure why yet... I think on reflection it was a combination of the Go! Almond Butter, Vitamineral Earth, Mesquite Powder and Lucuma - I was just adding stuff to the blender and it turned out SOOOOOOOOOOO good :))) Mr. M caught the whole thing on camera, so you can re-create your own ice cream wonders with whatever goodies YOU have around (please don't get too attached to this specific recipe - you could create anything ;) - see the video below and ENJOY :)

Herbal Raw Ice Cream Superfood Elixir Recipe

1.5 trays of ice cubes
3 Tbsp lucuma powder
1 Tbsp mesquite powder
1 tsp maca
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/16th tsp stevia powder
1 Tbsp Vitamineral Earth
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
few drops of Icelandic Nature Essences
5 drops pau d'arco liquid
7 drops immune boosting liquid
3 drops raspberry fruit extract
2 Tbsp Go! Almond Butter
1/2 cup water
pinch of Himalayan crystal salt

Blend everything together in a high-speed blender and ENJOY :)

The Barefoot Connections Bed Pad connects the body to the Earth during sleep. This is the product I discussed in the Longevity article above. Angela and I not only use ours every night on our bed, but we also sit on the pad while we work on computers and/or keep it on the floor all day so that we can continually touch it with our feet and connect to the Earth. Terminator "Parasite" Zapper, created by Don Croft
This is another product that is recommended in David's Longevity Now Program, which we will be discussing more at a later date. The Terminator Zapper by Don Croft is a parasite removal device and may help aid the body in the elimination of parasites such as bacteria, worms, yeast, and fungi.

How does the Terminator Zapper work?
All parasites and diseased tissues are positively charged. The zapper introduces negative ions through the skin and into the body's living tissue, killing the parasites by reversing their polarity and also helping to heal the diseased tissue. Healthy tissue is negatively charged. Angela is experimenting with the zapper at the moment and we will report more results further down the line!

Medicinal Herbs

"Better Than Roasted" Germinated Nuts and Seeds

They start with premium, whole, certified organic nuts or seeds, which are kept in airtight cold storage to maximize freshness and greatly reduce rancidity. They do not use seconds or pieces, since broken skins and nut fragments invite rancidity. They give preference to sources that implement fair trade practices.
