Today we went to the farmers market in a neighboring town called Malacatos. We also stopped and got sugar cane juice for just $1 for a liter. Every meal is just with mineral rich foods. Enjoy...

Wow! I am so envious! Wish I was there. That farmers market looks amazing. I am so very happy for you both. I look forward to having my own kins domain someday.
Many blessings.
Ooh, I envy those wild & vibrant stuff! Yummy! :)
I LOVE farmers markets, but the one in my middle of nowhere Canadian town does not compare to that! lol. I can't even imagine how amazing the produce would taste there!
I can't believe you're brought us along with you. This is totally cool. You're going to make us all want to live in Ecuador.
Hmmm...
Now that you are in Ecuador, will you begin to learn Spanish?
Also, you need to give details for those of us who may wish to 'duplicate' your 'adventure'.
Try blending the alfalfa in the blendtec to break it down a bit, then pour the lot through the hurom juicer. I did this today with a smoothie I made with fresh seaweed. It wasn't quite broken down enough so I just tipped it into the hurom and watched it separate out the fibre. Really fun!! Peace & love to you both - place looks heavenly. 8D
Matt,
You mentioned making banana/mango ice cream with the Hurom juicer.
PLEASE do a demo!!!
I thought you couldn't make ice cream with the Hurom.
Or maybe I read that putting frozen fruit might damage the Hurom?
PLEASE talk about this! :)
Paulina: Is that your real surname? If so, where did you get it from?
i cant wait to come to your house warming party if only iam going to put that on my list of things to do let me know and ill be there if only in my dreams
Ha ha that video was so cute I had to watch 3X..! :D
Love those Ecuadorians too!
to Anonymous: they did a Hurom ice cream demo a few months back...
Hi Matt, I would run your alfalfa through a manual or electric wheatgrass juicer which are better equipped to handle the fiber. The manual method is probably the safest. I just juiced some tough long stemmed dandelion greens in my old manual wg juicer yesterday, it chewed it up very well.
Did you get a different plot of land or extend your original plot? It looks somewhat different from the previous videos. It would be interesting to have an episode with your architect again talking about the particulars of construction on the site.
I was wondering if you guys could talk about why you moved to Ecuador
Henrik: I guess you're from Sweden, aren't you? :) It's not my surname, I just love swedish and Sweden ..:)
Great trip. Going all over the planet to find the best mineral rich foods and markets. Great stuff. Keep up the good work!

Gosh it looks like an amazing lifestyle.
Would love to hear the main reasons why you chose to live there and do you have many friends that you can hang out with?
