She makes me laugh : ) I wonder if you could only use lucuma and maca to sweeten it...or would that be gross? I've never tried it but want to make sweet things without agave.
You guys seem to be making a mysterious serial drama surrounding raw chocolate ice cream: first we had to wait a day anticipating whether Matt's non-Raw brother Brian would like his first taste of the frozen cashew delight, and now we watch and wonder if Raw Food Goddess Stephanie allows Matt and Angela a taste of her freshly made chocolate bliss, as she demonstrates how to make it and eat it and enjoy it. We wonder what Raw Emotions may be stirred up in Matt and Angela as they get to merely WATCH. Raw Food Goddess Stephanie, aren't you being a bit cruel and unusual???! I hope in the next segment we find out that before all the gorgeous goo melts, Matt and Angela also get to enjoy the goods! Ahh, the anticipation...
Yum! Thanks for the recipe! I just took my first stab at ice cream today and it was just okay. This one looks like it will be delightful!
