We were in Vermont yesterday and we met this lovely family in person for the first time. Matt actually healed himself from Asthma from adhering to a Raw Food Diet. Check it out...

Forgot to mention the hot flashes that are gone and the 40+ pounds I've released so far and the abundant energy I have, etc.

Thanks Matt - you're too cute with your video camera! My kids were soooo shy! Oh how cute! :-)

Thanks Matt! You're so cute with your little video camera! I forgot to mention the hot flashes that went away and the fast heartbeat that went along with those peri-menopausal symptoms. Forgot to mention the 40+ pounds I've released so far and the abundant energy I feel now...

Aw! My kids were sooooo shy in front of the camera. SO cute!

Thanks again for your Raw Spirits here in Montpeculiar, VT!

The biggest thing I received from a raw foods diet is the gift of breath! I suffered from severe asthma for over 10 years and in those years could no longer run, ride a bike or jump on a trampoline without the use of drugs. Happy to say I can now do all of those things, drug free and I feel like a new person!!

My biggest thing I am happy about since starting a vegan diet back in 07 is my tendentious disappeared.
Since going high raw I have almost healed my gallbladder and liver.
Those were the scary things to think of failing.

Thanks for the great videos.
