I agree with Angela, you, my dear Mr. Monarch, are incorrigible. lol...love to you both. ~Colleen~
Hello Matt and Angela; I want to say that we are all vain at times, and that I believe that a comment is more about the person that gives it then a person that gets it. I know it can be difficult not to take things personally, but it is necessary. Don't let it take away your passion, your light. You are valued, needed. Let your light shine regardless of what others say, or don't say. Another irony in life is, we often say what we need to hear.
Be Well and thanks for you wisdom
i'm another raw aquarian, my daughters love to watch the vids, especially the opening song is becoming a theme.. i was just thinking of doing an enema again soon, thanks for the encouragement adn inspiration on the journey! Heading to bali in one week to do some training with http://vibrantlifeservices.com you guys inspire me to no end! keep shining strong!!!
& what about mushrooms? Do you use them?
About the comments, people are idiots, i know i am :) , just forgive them & give luv 2 them. & eat some knew superfood, that almost seams like drugs, cause man, that's discovery.
Z starting on a RAW path, superpower way.
thanks you in many ways. I'm on raw now a couple months and doing well. Just had to LOL as I am a Leo... Check out Don Miguel Ruiz - The Four Agreements, one of the agreements is to not take what other people say/do personally.
With the enemas can you do gymnastics and rebounding while holding the water and shake it all up and get it in the crevices really good and thoroughly? Or do you think there'd be an accident and it might go all over the walls and ceiling? I went to a hydrotherapist because MM sayd we should try it out and the therapist said one of her customer did just that... spun around while having an accident and it went everywhere.
i just increased my commitment to raw foods about 4 weeks ago to about 70-80%, yet i still experienced considerable detox symptoms, so i booked myself a colonic 2 days ago. after the colonic i felt fine yet i still made an appointment for another one end of this week. what would your recommendation be for someone just starting out on the raw path? how many colonics, how frequently? my dilemma is also partially a moral one, since the colon therapist is letting his clients choose the amount they pay for the treatment. (just an experiment he's doing until march). any (healthy/ sane?) advice?
Interesting end.
