So Matt if I show up on the West Coast
I can look you up?
Ready to move west.
NE PA produce is lacking here in the winter.
Still doing fine with the raw lifestyle though

Dear Matt,

I saw you asking about Barley versus Wheatgrass.

When I was eating totally raw and growing all my own sprouts, etc. I found Barley grass juice far superior to Wheatgrass. Apart from not getting that sickening feeling I got from Wheatgrass, I found Barley grass gave me a huge boost as if my body had just been infused with vitamins and minerals.

If you take it for a week I think you'll find it is the true superfood whereas these others supposedly superfoods are not in the same league as fresh squeezed Barley juice.

All you have to do to try it is buy one of those already grown grass thingies and take it home and juice once a day 3oz's. At the end of the week you'll see you feel better and if not then nothing lost except 10.00. At the end of each day sprinkle some water on the grass to keep it fresh and growing. Keep out of direct sun. But near indirect light.

Of all the foods I have ever taken barley grass juice was the best and I've tried them all.

the best salad material I ever had was baby buckwheat sprouts followed by broccoli, kale and then other baby greens (sunflower) sprouts (mung, etc.) and spinach.

Good luck.

Jonathan
