Bentonite Clay Baths and Topical Applications
have been used since ancient times to detoxify
our skin by pulling toxic substances and metals
out through the pores of our body's largest organ.

Clay Baths are also a wonderful way
to complement the exfoliation of our skin.
Simply add to a warm bath, then settle in for
a truly luxurious experience. You'll feel rejuvenated
and your skin will thank you!

NET WEIGHT 8 OZ.

Clay Bath Mixing Instructions: Slowly add 1-2 cups
of powder into bath & soak 20 to 30 minutes.

Topical Mixing & Application Instructions: Mix one part
clay to two parts water (example: 1/4 cup clay
to 1/2 cup water) in a plastic or glass
container. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon
(do not use metal). Let stand for several hours
until gelled.

Facials: We recommend a medium to light
coating over the face and neck area. Allow it
to dry 15-30 minutes. Apply warm wet towels to the face
and neck area to loosen the clay and then wash
the clay off thoroughly. The clay works exceptionally
well with acne or wrinkles.

Body Wrap: Apply clay to body. Leave on the body
45 minutes to 1 hour for best detox results and
then shower.
(You may wrap up in a sheet if you like.) If
possible, drying outside in the sun is perfect.

The clay can be used 2-3 times a week or
as needed, depending upon the sensitivity of the skin.

Ingredients: All Natural Calcium Bentonite (Montmorillonite) Green Clay.

I loove bentonite clay. I've been touting it to anyone who'll listen for years.

Glad you've had such great results, Matt.

I thought your skin looked better after the jojoba oil you tried, but it looked especially awesome after the clay. I hope you used the jojoba after as a moisturizer.

But your hair looks much better in this video, too. I didn't get to vote on whether u should cut your hair, but I would have voted a big YES! After this video, though, I changed my mind. It looks 100% better if you groom/tame it some. I don't mean to be rude, just honest. It's very distracting when your hair is frizzy and all over the place and especially when you haven't shaved. You honestly look like a bum and I think that many newbies to the raw food world may not take you so seriously as your disarrayed look does not scream "Healthy!" Maybe try some jojoba oil to tame those frizzies and keep your skin smooth and shaven on the show. Or even just pull your hair back if you don't want to hassle with it some days.
Well, who cares what I think, right? I'm just giving some suggestions that can help to give the show more credibility and respect. It's hard to pay attention and take you seriously when your hair and stubble are so distracting. So don't cut the hair just make it look good, and shave.

The show is doing great and getting better every day! Sorry if I insulted, but I hope I didn't. I'm really glad for the Raw Food World show and I especially love Product Wednesdays!

This experience was not good for me at all! I followed the directions exactly and ended up with a severe burn on my face and neck. It looks and feels like a very bad sunburn. I followed the directions exactly. I put on some zen music, lit a candle, and laid back with the timer on for 30 minutes (it says to let it dry for 25-30 min) and when I started rinsing it off the burning started.

I could not feel any burning during the 30 min., only tightening when it was drying. After I got it all off, I put coconut oil all over my face and neck, but it seemed like welts were starting to come through, so I washed that off and put on raw Aloe Vera right from the plant. I am getting some minor relief, but I hope I do not have to go to work tomorrow with this severe "sunburn" on my face.

I just wanted to share my experience so that it will not happen to anyone else. I would suggest testing a very small inconspicuous area of skin just in case you have the same kind of reaction I did. At least you won't have it all over your face and neck where it shows.

I have been working with Earth's Living Clay calcium bentonite clay for several years and have had great success with people using the clay for many conditions including acne, wrinkles, spider bites, shingles, sunburns, and detoxification.

In very rare cases, when the skin is really sensitive, there could be a bit of redness because the clay does bring blood to the surface of the skin as part of the detoxification process. I spoke with Perry-A , author of the "Living Clay" book. She is a health industry expert in clay and she stated that your experience is very unusual.

There are people around the world using this clay and having exceptional results. I am sorry your experience was so disappointing.

Thank you for your response Carol. I was disappointed too. I was so looking forward to having the same results Matt had. I already have a porcelain-like complextion but wanted to try the clay and see what results I would have. It just didn't work out for me. I didn't realize that my skin was that sensative.

However, I did remember later that I had a facial many many years ago and no matter what she put on my face that day, I had a burning reaction to it all. After trying 4 different things on my face, I had to make her stop with the rest of the facial and I have never gone in for another facial since.

So I guess Coconut Oil and pure Aloe Vera from the plant are the only things that the skin on my face will tolerate. No more facials of any kind for me. Oh well.

I wonder, does anyone know what else I could use the rest of my clay for, other than applying it to my skin?

I use bentonite clay for bathing in.

After reading your blog I would like to try it on my hair.
Would you know whether it is ok to use on dyed hair?
