this was so inpirational. i loved this. i thinks its so cute that someone did some unbaking and sent it your way. at first i thought they were cooked cookies hehe.

good tip about the green juice. in 3 days i did green juices for breakfast and colonics and now my skin is AMAZING i have to do double takes in the mirror.

i do green juice about 4 of 7 days a week (no fruit in it) and the other few days a do a smoothie with kale or spinach...i do see a difference in my skin but i have acne scarring which is not going away...anyone help!! ive also done 3 colonics this year and take silica, msm, tocos, and vegan dha. please help.

Another great show. I have a quick question that I hope you can answer. My husband agreed if I combined all of my holidays this year I could get either a blender or a juicer. What would be most beneficial, I was leaning blender because I could make meals like soup and spreads etc... But you speak so highly of green juice. Maybe an option for a future show is what applinces you and Angie use the most. Thanks in advanced

This is a response to "sydneysmommie"...if I had to choose between getting a high-powered blender (vitamix) or juicer I'd go with the blender. The reason being you can actually make juice with a blender by straining the fiber with a nutmilk bag! Awesome, huh? :)

Thanks that's a good idea to strain it. Will much get strained or does most get blended to finely.
