Nah... cause you have a lot of curly hair already, I think it would be 'overkill' ;) I think that raw vegan girl was a little embarrassed being put on the spot, it was really funny and cute :) Love your shows, keep up the rawsomeness!

I personally, LOVE beards (I try to get my bf to grow one all the time, too, Angela), buuuuuut since Matt's has some big curly hair, the big beard might be a little much. I say either go beard and shorter hair, or no beard and hair the way it is. OR, keep the beard "close" with the long hair...that would work out good.

I'm in to hair....haha ;-)

Grow the beard if you cut the hair a little bit..

If your woman wants a beard she can grab onto - grow a beard she can grab!

i love big beards! My hubby has an awesome big beard! our little 4 year old daughter has been asking him to shave it off for about a year now. He is torn, but i 'm winning for now. i would say try it! it is only hair, and you can shave it off if you don't love it.

p.s. hubby also had very long hair for a long time with the beard, and has was/is sexy hairy! DO IT!

I say no on the beard too though. I kind of like Paul clean shaven as well...

Hope you two make it back to the retreat house here soon! We miss you already!

beard and dreads.

hair or beard but not both. Keep in mind that beards are always getting food stuck in them

I think you should grow some facial hair, but not a full beard. You would get lost in all that hair...lol. I love facial hair so I can't say no to the whole thing though.

I think a beard would look great on you! I have wondered why you dont have one since you say the hair is a major issue of why your hair is long in the first place.
Most women love it.
My hubby has a nice long one.
Go for it, you might pass for a mountain man in the future!!!

No beard...too much hair. But Angela is the one married to you so try it, but maybe cut your hair. I love the long hair, but not with a beard.

I wish that Mary lived closer to us so my 11 year old daughter, Amanda, had someone her age who was also on the same path. We met you at the Soma Center in Lake Worth last week. I mentioned to Matt that we were 90% raw and then he said in his lecture that he isn't impressed by that because ususally the other 10% is junk. Well, the only cooked that Amanda and I eat is baked sweet potatoes, quinoa, steamed vegetables and occassionally some brown rice. Amanda is also vegan by choice (she doesn't want to hurt any animals) and lives part time with her dad, stepmom and their 3 children who eat SAD. These are definitely Indigo/Crystal children. Amanda is enlightened beyond her years. It's so much fun to be a parent of such a child. Mary's mom sounds very supportive of her choice and that is wonderful. Amanda doesn't get that support at her dad's. If you have any contact information for Mary, could you let me know? Maybe the girls could email each other and meet one day. I think we are about 3 hours from Winter Haven. By the way, your lecture at Soma was amazing. We enjoyed it immensely. Thanks for coming to South Florida!

I would have liked to have heard Mary talk more about how the other kids in the family treat her and her choices. Does she prepare all her own food? Does her Mom make food for the rest of the family and then something different for her? Did her Mom join her at the retreat? Very interesting child and would love to hear more of how she lives her life.

Regarding the beard, its only hair. Grow it if you want, cut it if you don't like. Not a big deal!
