It was purslane. If you do not know what it looks like do a google search. It is probably all over where you live right now, very much a weed that we have been pulling up and throwing away......it is also know as hogweed, and I bet you know why....they always fed it to them.Taste yummy.

I am wondering if you can dehydrate the greens while they are in season and use throughout the winter, without losing too much of their benefits???

Joyce is so cute, I can feel her love beaming...

Hello Matt,
I can't find your email address so I am posting my question to you here.

I am using a champion juicer for wheatgrass and green juice but I am concerned I am not getting the maximum extraction from this juicer for wheatgrass. Do you have a "one juicer" recommendation for the wheatgrass and other greens? Or would a single auger juicer be better for the wheatgrass and if so which one do you have experience with?

Thank you
Lydia

This won't really have effect, I think so.
