Tahini Salad Dressing, Episode #185

Here is another Recipe for y'all. Oh Man... Can you tell that I am in Texas?

I have the Tahini Dressing she is talking about. We love it here.
Here is the recipe for it.

1 1/2 cups water
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Raw Tahini
Juice from 1 lemon
1 /4 C. Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Wheat-free tamari
1/2 - teaspoon ground cumin
2/3-cup AC vinegar
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and chill and serve.
To make it thicker, cut the water back 1 / 2 cup and then blend

I love carrot juice. Always experimenting with different things.
Still like it simple like carrot and strawberry.
Now with Tahini I am not to fond of the flavor. Maybe I just have not found the right brand yet.

That Vitamix container is meant for grinding dry grains.

I actually almost went to your wedding, bought the tickets and all, for two! and ended up having a family emergency that kept me back. :(

I like the sound of coconutwater over the carrot too. Whatabout in a fruit juice like berries, water, greener grasses. Or with fresh peaches, mmmm..
