Hi Matt,

I have just recently found your videos on youtube and have enjoyed and learned a lot from watching you and Angela share your knowledge with the world. You may have already shared this in a previous post, but would you mind giving us an example of what you and Angela eat on an average day?

Thanks so much and keep up the awesome work!

Dear Matt
I just want to thank you from the depths of my soul for this TV show.
I currently live in a flat with my new husband and am longing & visualising & in the processing of creating a new lifestyle (especially after reading the Anastasia books!) I am dreaming of my very own land (your land in Equador makes me go weak at the knees and melted inside when I watched, oh the dream come true!) anyway what i want to say is that I had been getting quite down about the fact that we are probably at this time 'only' (I am grateful ig time though) able to move to a fairly small house (hopefully to be our 1st family home, our space of love) maybe even with a small garden, though I am dreaming very much of lots of land! Anyway, this video gave me such a feeling of relief and gratitude because even if we end up in a small place (for now) our garden could still be awesome and sacred and special. I had not heard of square foot gardening and I am so excited to mix it with Anastasia's way and create a haven. Thank you so much for helping my gratitude and trust in wha will be to grow. hank you Matt. Love Laura Merryweather xx

hi rawfoodworld,
I have been interested in going raw vegan for 1 year and 1/2 now. Thing is every time I start on my journey-- which last for up to a month-- I never stay on track, and each time i eat junkfood after i fall off I gain the weight back plus more. this gets me extremely discouraged. i always tell myself that I'll never stick with it which makes me feel even worse! my question is what do I do to give myself the confidence I need to stay on track?

thank you and keep it up.

M.A.
