beet and carrot juice is great for liver, but I have found drinking a glass of that wonderful clay before bedtime also works exceptionally well.
Beet juice is intense. As a new, nearly 100% raw foodist, I made my first fresh juice recipe with the Walker Beet Cleanse...but I used about double the beets I should have...and threw up my kelp noodle lunch along with all the juice about two hours later. I would say just use a few slices of beets to start to see how your system handles it, if this is new for you. It sure tasted yummy going down, though! Also, don't be surprised if your urine is tinged pink for a day or two.
Will have to watch this again.
I need to do a liver cleanse and want to do this the best way possible.
Can you give us more details or a simple plan to follow.
Thanks
Beet and asparagus mixed together makes for a very powerful cleanse. If you take a shot glass with ground raw cinnamon in right before you juice them to dilate your blood vessels then drink the beet/asparagus juice. You will knock all sorts of things out of your liver, it's good for pulling out the chlorine and heavy metals. Also eat an apple afterwards so that you won't get nauseous.
Yes, please do give us a few more details on this. Sounds very interesting.
Quite helpful piece of writing, thank you for this article.
