Back in Michigan again! Too bad you couldn't come up to Bay City for a visit. :-) Maybe someday we'll have you come up to do a seminar. Love the Joyce Oliveto/Ann Wigmore info! And I am looking forward to the Energy Soup making episode! ~*~Peace~*~

Aha! That's what it is. I was trying to figure out the obsessive recycling and crying at the dawn comercials cleaning the animals trapped in the oil spillage. Really.

I'm really enjoying your time with Joyce. Can't wait for the energy soup, makes me want to go out and pick some wild greens. The next time you're in southeastern Michigan, check out this place www.detroitzencenter.org/livingzen it's a newly opened raw food restaurant in the city of Hamtramck. The monks there are doing an amazing job, I just want to get the word out about them. Thanks for your daily raw food inspiration.

Matt:
Joyce is a great testimony to the raw food world with that great skin she has, I am 66 also and I do not look anything like her. She looks amazing, good genes, or all raw food?
Can't wait to see the ann wigmore stuff. Thank you so much Matt, for you dedication.

You talk about these "treasures" as if there was still something important about nutrition that we dont know. With all my respects to Ann Wigmore, if there is anything NEW to tell the world about food, just get the word out there and stop acting as if you know something we don't!

I too love the Joyce interviews. I got "The Hippocrates Health Program" book by Ann a few months ago and she just makes so much sense. This lifestyle isn't new and no one is claiming it to be. We, as a society, have strayed so far away from nature that this sounds like a new way of living to so many people because they have grown up in the western culture full of toxic, dead, packaged food. I love Joyce's answer to how old she is. I hope I get happier every year too ;-)

Thanks again for taking the time to do these interviews. I love the tv show and I can't wait to see tomorrow's episode!
