ps :
thanks Matt for the letter you sent my son ages ago to spiersmusic..he and i have been raw (nearly) for many months (he has the sun warrior protein every day and the vita mineral green too, well its very similar anyway...)
sadly, thanks to my previous lifestyle choices i have cancer ..its been a bit scary to have an xray show things that i only saw as a nurse, (lung spots)..in other people...
i am going on a fast for a little while and then i am going to do the blessed herbs program and see what happens...
i don't know what your thoughts are on this but despite that raw foods have served me well, i feel like i need to do a deeper sort of cleanse...(blessed herbs program seems good?
i don't know whether i am a fan of passing clay through my body to absorb things, but as a nurse, i have seen that it certainly does absorb bile emissions amd things on the wall of the bowel...
ive been a big fan of Joel Furhman for a while and his approach to fasting...water only then back to raw juices and then whole foods...i guess the clay and herbal tonic way first, seems easier...then juices...can i afford to do this the easy way i ask myself , is the easy way not as thorough?..
sorry to pester you with such things...its so good that your business is going well and think of me with your darling out loud , if you have a moment, because i am a bit confused as to whether i am choosing the best method...id like to live for a while yet
blessings to you and your darling one..
Max
in Brisbane Australia...ps you don't have to post this as it is very long and not really in the topic
Fun post - your old friends seem like very open-minded, laid-back people. But you should be careful recording videos while you drive ;-)
